You can still log in with your email address and password if you select “Continue To Form” instead of “Close” to close the form.

(Note: The 2023 PNPACAT Online Application is now available. All eligible candidates may register and apply until July 30, 2023. No walk-in applications will be accepted.)
PNPA Application Requirements

- Physical Fitness: The applicant must pass the physical agility test, which includes a 3.2-kilometer run, push-ups, sit-ups, and standing long jump.
- Exam: The applicant must pass the PNPA Cadet Admission Test (CAT) and the Psychological and Psychiatric Examination (PPE).
